Such an explosion would have logically destroyed at least 2 floors, which probably would result in everyone falling through the floor. Yet, obviously, there seems to be no other guest present within the whole building. No staff or cleaners or whatever. There is probably no one in the nearby buildings either. There’s probably no one at home, much less in the city itself.

In the end, everything takes place in a barren and ghost town.
